I recently retired from Del Webb after selling new homes 15 years in Sun City Grand, and the Sun Cities in Tucson and Hilton Head, SC. The 5 years previously I sold new retirement homes in Green Valley, AZ for the Fairfield Corporation. I also have extensive sales and management experience from owning my own businesses in Wisconsin for 20 years and managing a large national company in Minnesota for 5 years. My life-long experience of sales, particularly home sales in adult communities, enables me to bring the sales and negotiating experience necessary to assist both buyers and sellers with the purchase or sale of a home.

I received my Arizona Real Estate license in 1985 after completing my real estate course requirements from the Arizona School of Real Estate. Graduation from Officer`s Candidate School was in 1963. I chose Windermere Real Estate because of their precise training and professional leadership. My expertise in the real estate market is an unquestionable asset in home sales. I will enthusiastically work on the buyer or seller`s behalf to honestly represent your home to its fullest.

I was raised in London, Ontario, Canada. During my high school years, I moved to Duluth, Minn. My wife, Mary Lynn, is a recently retired music teacher and reading specialist. We have 4 children and 13 grandchildren. Our three sons and their families live in the Phoenix area and our daughter and family lives in Seattle. I also enjoy playing golf, my bible studies, and Spirit of Grace Lutheran Church. My favorite activity is selling real estate and I am anxious to continue selling homes in Surprise and Sun City West to retirees.
